Which tools and stacks do you support?
Web apps built with Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0, Claude Code and similar tools, as long as the code is in a Git repo (GitHub works best). We deploy to Vercel, Netlify or Cloudflare Pages, with Supabase for auth and database where needed. Native mobile apps are not covered yet.
How do you handle my code, keys and accounts?
Everything stays in accounts you own. We ask for least-privilege access only: a GitHub invite to one repo, a restricted Stripe key and a hosting team invite. We never ask for passwords. Secrets go into your host's environment variables, never into the code. When we finish, we send a list of every access we used so you can revoke it in a few clicks.
What is not included?
The Launch Kit gets an app that already works live. It does not include building new features, redesigns, rewrites, native mobile apps, or complex backends such as queues or multi-service systems. If your app needs more than launch work, the Launch Check tells you up front.
What if you can't get my app live?
If we accept your Launch Kit and cannot get it live within scope, you get a full refund. If the Launch Check shows your app is not ready, you get the fix list and can upgrade later; the £39 is credited against a Launch Kit.
Is this done by AI or by people?
Both. AI agents do the heavy lifting: auditing, fixing, deploying and writing copy. A human reviews every change before it goes live, and nothing touches your production payments without a check.
Do I own everything?
Yes. Your code, domain, hosting, Stripe account and data are yours. No lock-in, no platform you have to stay on.
Are hosting and domain costs included?
No. You pay your host, domain registrar and Stripe directly, in your own name. Many small apps fit inside free hosting tiers.
When does the 48 hours start?
When we have repo access and the accounts we need. Submit on a Friday and you should be live by Sunday.
